NOTE: This slime has a firmer, more resistant texture and may require a little more effort to stretch and manipulate.

If you prefer a stretchier, less resistant texture, we recommend keeping a small amount of glycerin on hand. A few drops can be gently worked into the slime to soften the texture as desired.

Please add glycerin gradually, as a little can go a long way.

In OTGW, Greg's jaunty frog plucks away at a piano, enticing us with a melody in which we learn the story of the Unknown. The intro/ending scenes of the show let us glimpse into the lives of its inhabitants, what was, & what could be. We see a grieving woodsman reunited with his lost daughter, Ms. Langtree reunited with her lover, Beatrice reunited with her family, & the brothers reunited with the living world. Yet, through all these happy endings, the frog sings on about lovely lies, making us wonder, is what we're seeing reality?

Many fan theories hinge on the idea that Greg & Wirt don't actually make it -- they drown in the lake, & everything we see is a hallucination. But...I'd like to believe otherwise. Nevertheless, the Unknown embodies the idea of fuzzy truths & things not being what they seem. Beatrice the bluebird is one of those characters.

Grumpy, clever, & headstrong, she vows to help Wirt & Greg return home. As she guides them through the woods to the "good witch's" house, we are led to believe she is an ally.

The truth is, Beatrice has been betraying them all along; planning to turn over the boys to the witch in exchange for a magical pair of heron scissors that will turn her family human again. However, Beatrice & the boys grow closer, she has a change of heart, & decides to sacrifice herself to the witch instead. Beatrice's arc of redemption ends with her saving Wirt, gaining possession of the scissors, & freeing her family.

Feat. pieces made with a wood clay blend meant to resemble paper-craft (scissors…paper…also a nod at “paper moons” & something that seems real on the surface but is actually superficial) They feature a portrait of Beatrice in her human form, her bird form, & a falling leaf. On top rests the heron scissors, a faux flower, grey roses, & feathers…none of them real.
